2. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the website.

3. Website information
We take reasonable care to ensure that information on this website is accurate and current. However, photographs, descriptions, dimensions, colours, availability and other information are provided as general guidance and may change.
Colours and textures shown on screen may differ from the appearance of physical fabrics and materials.

4. Enquiries, quotations and orders
Submitting an enquiry, trade account application or request for pricing does not create a binding contract.
Quotations are subject to the specifications, measurements, materials, timescales, delivery arrangements and payment terms stated in the quotation. An order becomes binding only when it has been accepted by us in writing.
Bespoke and made-to-measure products are manufactured to the measurements and specifications approved or supplied by the customer. Customers are responsible for checking that this information is accurate before production begins.

5. Trade accounts
Trade accounts are available to eligible businesses and are subject to approval. Applicants must provide complete and accurate information.
We may decline, suspend or close a trade account where reasonably necessary, including where information is inaccurate or agreed payment terms are not followed.
Trade pricing and account information are confidential and must not be shared with unauthorised third parties.

6. Customer-supplied materials
Where customers supply fabric or other materials, they are responsible for providing the correct material and a sufficient quantity.
We cannot be responsible for faults, variations, shrinkage, flaws or other characteristics inherent in customer-supplied materials. We will contact the customer if we identify an obvious issue before manufacture.

7. Changes and cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Because products may be bespoke or made to specification, changes or cancellations might not be possible once materials have been ordered or production has begun.
Any costs already incurred may be charged to the customer. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Delivery and timescales
Any completion or delivery date is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timescales but are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers should inspect products promptly following delivery and notify us as soon as reasonably possible of any damage, shortage or apparent manufacturing fault.

9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including text, photographs, graphics, logos and designs—belong to Fishers Curtains or Blinds or are used with permission.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

10. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation or use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Third-party links
The website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for the availability, security, content or privacy practices of third-party websites.

12. Website availability
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website without notice.

13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting solely from use of, or inability to use, this website.

14. Privacy and cookies
Personal information submitted through the website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and analytics technologies should also be explained in the website’s cookie notice.

15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. The latest version will be published on this page with its revision date.

16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause removes any rights a consumer may have under applicable law.

17. Contact
