INTERLINING CURTAINS- which is the ultimate ‘thermal’ finish to a curtains or blinds as it creates a layer of insulation that holds and retains the heat, and naturally, the thicker the interlining, the greater the insulation, think in terms of your thick winter coat, which is both windproof and wadded.
It naturally follows that combining Interlining with Blackout or Thermal lining will provide the ultimate insulation
Interlining comes in many forms , most are cotton based but there are synthetic versions as well suitable for certain types of fabrics. Most commonly used at Fishers is the medium weight domette interlining. This interlining is suitable for most curtains and blinds.
